Adding and managing “Home” charges

Introduction

This article provides a guide on how to add a "Home" type charging card, check if home charging is activated, and where you can view these home charges. Each step is explained and illustrated with helpful screenshots.

 

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Navigate to the "Cards and charging rates" Tab

  1. Open the dashboard in your TRONITY fleet.
  2. Navigate to the “Cards and charging rates” tab. There you will already see the “Add card” button.

 

Step 2: Adding a New Card

  1. Click on "Add card". 
  2. Choose "Home" as the type.
  3. Ensure "Visible in TRONITY" is active. Also assign the card to a driver.
  4. Save your newly created card. Your tariff is now available in the TRONITY app and is automatically assigned via the location.

 

Step 3: Check release of "Home" charge 

  1. Go to "Vehicles" and select an appropriate vehicle.
  2. Go to the "Driver" tab and click the pencil icon to edit the settings.
  3. Make sure that “Charges at home including location” are active and have been approved by the driver.                

 

Step 4: Tracking reports and loads

  1. Navigate to "Reports", then to "Charges".
  2. Now click on "Charges at home". You can now enter the desired time period and click on Confirm. The recorded loads are then displayed.
