Go to Cards and Charging Rates via the left-hand menu tree and click on + Add Card

You now have the option of assigning a name and selecting the correct type. The types have the following meaning:
- Application: You can enter the application under which the charging card or the charging rate runs (EnBw App, ...)
- Card: The charging card of the corresponding provider can be stored (e.g. Shell, DKV, EnbW, ...)
- Chip: The chip of the corresponding provider can be stored (e.g. Shell, DKV, ...)
- At home: The corresponding charges are displayed in the "Charges at home" report
- Company: The corresponding charges are displayed in the "Company charges" report

Make sure you tick the "Visible in TRONITY" box if you want to give your drivers the option of selecting the corresponding charge card or charging rate.
Click on the magnifying glass next to the "Driver" field to select the relevant driver for the charge card or charging tariff. Then select the corresponding vehicle for the driver using the magnifying glass next to the "vehicle" field.

You now have the option of entering the price of the charging card or the charging rate per kWh. You can also enter a %-loss to take the individual charging losses into account.
You can upload the employee's contract under the "Energy supplier contract" field.
Once the charge card or charge rate has been created, the employee has the option of entering this in the respective charge. For the next charging sessions, TRONITY automatically recognises via GPS which charging card or charging rate has been used.
