    Hallo Adriano Riva

    hast Du das Fahrzeug mal erneut verbunden? Denn dann sollte zumindest alles im Bereich Ladungen aktuell sein. Seit wir auf einer neuen Umgebung für Mercedes sind, haben wir derzeit noch keine Daten zu den Fahrten. Daran arbeiten wir allerdings.

    Hello, I am sorry that I am writing in English. I also have a Mercedes EQC and the data is not properly being recorded.

    I assume this is the same problem.

    When will you have a resolution to this?

    Hi, same story for Enyaq, No trips at all. Reconnection of car does not help, in the car all set to send data related to GPS :/

    is there any hidden option in you app? (i did not have data related to trips at all from the beginning). Location of charging points in log are shown properly. 

    I got lost and gave up

    Hi Nicholas Tangney,

    Unfortunately only charging sessions and milage can be recored. Because we do not receive GPS data, we are not able to derive trips.
