odometer incorrect data

Since 24/7 my odometer data stays at the same value for every trip and charge (ID.3). 

More people experience this issue?

  Does the odometer update in you VW app?
  Just today I heard from a user that the security settings regarding data sharing are being overwritten. Could you please check your settings in the VW app and the car itself?
  Also it is important that your car's main user is active while driving etc.

  It appears to be a VW issue.... they are working on it.
