Automatic add toll road cost to trips when passing toll check points depending on time

Here in Stockholm, we have toll road stations where we need to pay the toll upon passing. It would be beneficial if these were registered automatically and if the rate varied depending on the time of day. Many other countries, like Norway, have toll roads where I believe this system would be great.

But first, we should add a separate field on the trip for toll costs.

  A data field for toll costs would be an easy start, but I believe automatically calculating tolls for every road on this plane with a large variety of tariffs and not very precise location information will produce more problems than give convenience....but this is just my impression.
