    I have reactivated the account in the BMW site but still no information coming through it is active in my BMW account and also it says it is syncing so what now?

    Still not working I am getting very frustrated! I have checked my BMW has active Tronity connection so why is it not working? I don't know how to contat Tronity directly to report th8is issue any ideas?
