Allow negative charging rates

When I get paidwhen consuming (surplus) kWH I do not see the amount of money I get back, just 0 euro. E.g. today I get paid 0,30 euro per kWH consumed , I can not make that visible in Tronity

  This feature request is somehow related to the feature request to support dynamic electricity tariffs (like Nordpool, Tibber), as those tariffs might also have negative hourly prices from time to time:

  Besides that, I agree to this feature request:
  At the moment negative costs for charging sessions cannot be entered manually. In a first step, this could be made possible for such situations.
