    Hi, are updates shown in the Skoda App? Is the car online?
    I had an issue when the car didn't go online and I had to pull the fuse for the LTE module :) that solved it.

    If the car updates in the Skoda App, the API-link for Tronity might be broken.

    I had this problem and that's what I did. It did solve te problem with the enyaq and everything is up and running again. Just not the connection with Tronity.

    Hi,

    Depends what is not updated. I noticed there is no more trips info in Tronity since few days ago and apparently the reason for this was expired Skoda Care Connect Remote access subscription. Once I renewed it things started to work again. Looks like paid Skoda subscription is required for some Tronity functionality to work which is sad.

    Hi Denis Zadonski,

    functionality is not based on "paid status". Nevertheless, we experienced hickups on different levels during these days. I hope it has been solved meanwhile. Please excuse late reply, but we were working on fixes behind the sences.
