    Hey there, I have a US Mini SE which was working for the last two years until 31 May. I attempted to update my login information to see if it would pull data but I am now also getting the VIN invalid message and mine is from Oxford. There is a message on my login screen, "Unfortunately, no trips or charges could be recorded from May 31 2:30pm to June 1 2:30pm. Malfunction in the data retrieval from the OEM."

    We had to make the change and will need to establish a branch in US first, before we continue with our service.
    This is given by the OEM. I am very sorry :(
