How to enter the promotional code when activating a premium subscription?

I was emailed a discount code for a premium subscription near the end of my trial and I would like to use it, however, I cannot seem to find anywhere to actually enter it to make it effective. Adding a payment method (done via Apple Pay) appears to have listed the rate at the standard price. 

Is there a way to correct this, or to email someone in customer support directly?
