Support of Signal messenger for notifications

The notification support is great. Unfortunately it supports only WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Threema.

I would suggest to also support Signal messenger as it is a free open-source alternative to WhatsApp and got quite common recently (at least in Germany).
