Citroen eC4: "CO₂ Charges" does not show any data

Hello, 
I've recently started using Tronity and love it. We are team of 3 folks - 2x eC4 and 1x e208. What I notice is that both eC4's are not recording "CO₂ Charges", but only e208. 
The guy with the Peugeot did not configure anything in addition to us.

Is that a bug or misconfiguration to start display "CO₂ Charges" data?

  hi there! I also have a e208 and I don't see anything for "CO₂ Charges".. what is the guy seeing there?

  so, I charged the car last night, and this morning I see that the charge information in tronity shows some co2 and co2 saves.. this is the first time I get some data here, before was always 0kg in both columns..
