Charging Data inconsistent and incorrect - Renault Zoe
Hi all,
Since the update to Tronity, charging data has not been recorded consistently and correctly.
The cost is not always calculated, and the max charge rate is 10x more than it should be.
It sometimes shows as a DC charge, when it is actually an AC charge.
This is annoying as I need to manually edit every charge.
Sometimes a trip appears with the mileage of the entire odometer (0km odometer -> actual odometer), which gives the illusion of travelling the entire odometer in one trip, and consumes 0% battery. (Not shown in picture)
This is easy to fix, by deleting the trip.

I also recognized errors with charging data of my Renault Zoe since the update of Tronity.
The sum of charged energy seems to be wrong.

Hi, is there any news about when this problem is solved? I can't attach my ZOE to my account. Thanks in advance.
Update april 2023: Still no word about when I can use this in my zoe and abpr?

I am also having this trouble with the Renault Megane and it's getting a bit annoying now, thought it would be a short term bug and get fixed automatically, but it obviously needs escalating to the right team now?
I've noticed that it is also showing the incorrect charge speed on the dashboard while charging.

My problem was, I entered the wrong value for battery degeneration. I first typed in 95%. When I changed it to 5%, the values are calculated correctly again.

That hasn't made a difference to me, I've set my degradation to 5 (was set to 0 anyway) and still getting the app reporting as charging at 32kW on a 7kW charger
