My citroen car refusing to update

Hey there everyone, a lot of times using tronity, it will not update the battery charge level, also not when refreshing. Even after a drive it will not update. During charging it mostly works well. Does someone have the same issue?

  Hi, I have eC4 and it updates the charge level every time a trip is completed or charged the car. But I don't think it will not update the SoC dynamically while driving. At least that's my observation.
