    Hello,
    Any updates on this? I now see I have the same problem with my Skoda Enyaq - last trip recorded for me was on October 3rd.

    I see that connection is established? Are you saying that trips / charges are not displayed in the mobile app? Could you please re-login?

    I have a same problem wirh my Enyaq, last trip recorder on 5th of the Dec. I tried to establish the connection to MySkoda, but it tells me that the password is incorrect eventhough I logged in to Skoda’s portal at the same time with same password.

    edit. In your FAQ you also say, that you will send a notification email, if the updating is stopped/connection lost, but I havent received any of that kind of emails…

    Hello Niko Lindström,

    Yes, normally notification is being sent out. This time the OEM changed something in the process so we didn't recognize the update they made on their terms. Could you please kill the Skoda App and re-login. Please accept new terms and proceed in TRONITY - e.g. try to re-establish the connection.

    Thanks, now that worked for me. Is there any chance to get trips from 5.12. - 12.12 visible in Tronity afterwards, or are they gone for ever because of lost of connection?

    I just wanted to mention that in my case the problem was me - I had turned off location sharing - so my bad.
