Unable to authorize to MySkoda
Hi Team
I'm trying to connect my tronity account with my myskoda account, but no success. logging in with the credentials directly at myskoda/sckoda-connect, everything is working.
but as soon as I'm trying to connect from within tronity, I get a email/password error.
has anyone an idea?

I am afraid, that only EU VINs are supported at the moment.

Hi Nils.
I managed to make it work but I had to install the older "My Skoda essentials" app and give permission despite "My Skoda" being the newer version which I use.
I can't access charging history, so do I need to install the connect apps in the car, like other VW models running firmware 3.0?

Sounds great! Thanks for the digging in. We cannot fetch the history, but will recording all sessions going forward.

I have this problem on my Volkswagen. I can log into the VW main site, but tronity gives an error. I am based in the UK, not the EU so I am guessing that this is the problem.
I tried using the previous VW phone app (we connect), but it does not allow logins and directs to the new app.
Is there a workaround?

Meanwhile it should work again - please make sure to user "We Connect ID" (second VW item).

Thank you, it now works, but when i use the second option 'we connect id' it does not work. I tried the first option and it worked.
