it would be useful if you could also put your costs and mileage in
 the app. now you have to write everything down and take it with 
you to the computer to fill in everything at home. not useful when 
you go on vacation.

  This will not solve it for you but take a picture and then login to the webpage later.
  You can also login to the webpage from a mobile phone or tablet
