Allow to add pictures to a charge via the app

To quickly capture all external data of a charge (power delivered, maybe cost, duration, etc.) it would be great to be able to upload a picture, e.g. of the charging point display or a receipt or a screenshot, whatever, and review it later.

  I guess that would take a lot of space on the servers, but it could be possible of course
