Access to Vehicle Data prior to subscribing to Tronity?

    Hi Manuel Bauman,

    For data protection reasons, we are not allowed to access any data that was collected before a TRONITY subscription. As there is also the possibility that a car has been purchased second-hand and the new vehicle owner has then taken out a subscription with TRONITY, this is unfortunately not possible for data protection reasons, as already mentioned.

    I can perfectly understand the point Lea Hanff-Liebeton mentions.

    Also the service is designed to query real time data and I am quite sure, that not every vendor API supports delivering history data at all.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to access data from prior to the TRONITY subscription. I will definitely pass on your suggestion internally.

    What, that's not possible? ok, then I have to change the App, sorry, that doesn't make any sense for us costomers.
