2024 Ioniq 5 only offline

Hi I have tried to search but cant seem to find the answer. I have a 2024 ioniq 5 in the uk and the car only seems to be shown in offline mode and I dont know how to change this.

I have a current tronity subscription.

 

any pointers greatly appreciated
