Basic Version of Dashboard Doesn't Display Calculated Costs
I know that you are going to tell me that it's my own faulty for not paying a subscription, but i have to ask this question as I have just started looking into Trinity and in particular I like to consider the support and integrity of any company i engage with so i am keen to understand why the following.
I manually added my Charge start and end percentage which showed me the number of KwH that I had charged - great. I added a Charge Rate (charger) which I added a charge per KwH e.g. 50p per kWh. The two were linked together in the charging window on the Dashboard but for some reason even through all the values are available the basic calculation (number of KwH charged x price), the Cost does not appear in the Charges section of the Dashboard and I have to add it manually.
I get that some other more detailed data would require to be linked to the car but really. Am I missing something, does it normally work and i have set something wrong or are we that strict on what the Basic package can do - which i am sorry I just cant believe.
I really appreciate your thoughts and advice
