Not sure: But maybe this is already possible if you remove the checkbox in your car configuration for "Create charges based on plugin and plugout".

Been there, done that. Still not possible.

I support this idea, my charging cable is left plugged in even though my car is already on 100%, but the charging in tronity app only ends after unplugged

I support this too. Display the during of real charging time from start charge to stop charging. now is the time  displayed from start to disconnect the cable. As example, in the APP MyBMW are 3 timepoints displayed start - stop charging - remove the cable.

I wonder what the setting "Create charges based on plugin and plugout" is good for?!

Up to now I assumes, that it should exactly be the requested feature (once you switch it off), but seemingly not (did not test it myself, but others report it).

It is not about charges but about the time in hours and minutes from plugging in the charging cable until the car is 100% charged or the charging process is interrupted. Tronity currently shows the time from plugging in the charging cable to unplugging the charging cable.

    Hello Peter Wüthrich,

If this is related to a VW, we are investigating about the "update when charging session was ended".
