It can happen that the connection to the vehicle is interrupted. This usually happens if the manufacturer has made a change to your user account - e.g. by adjusting the terms and conditions or data protection regulations:
- You will receive an e-mail from us with a corresponding note.
Please log in to the app or the manufacturer's website and confirm the respective change there.
Please then click on Start: https://app.tronity.io/vehicles
In the event of an error, also verify your access data with the manufacturer via Update Login: https://app.tronity.io/vehicles
Information: However, there may also be downtimes on the part of the manufacturer, in which case we unfortunately have no influence.
