In general, the question can be answered with "Yes", but the scope of the data depends on the software version installed in the vehicle.
Software version before 3.0
The functions can be used to a limited extent, as only data on charges is available. Thus, only charges can be recorded. The (partly) automatic assignment of costs is only possible with the assignment of charge rates as standard assignment.
Software version from 3.0
All functions are now usable, because now also the GPS location and the mileage are transferred. However, the following settings are required for this.
In the vehicle, please install/add the "We Connect Plus App" via the store.
In the vehicle, please install/add the "We Connect App" via the store, navigate to "Online Services" and activate the "Automatic appointment request" there.
- It is possible that no driver has been created yet and/or has not yet been linked to the VW ID.
Settings made in the vehicle or in the "We Connect App" or on the "We Connect Website" could alternately lead to a reset. Please therefore check all sources.
Settings made in the vehicle or in the "We Connect App" or on the "We Connect Website" could lead to a reset after a workshop appointment or software update. Please therefore check all sources.
If settings can no longer be changed, i.e. become inactive, please check the relevant settings in the "We Connect App" or on the "We Connect Website" and change them.
