For vehicles from the manufacturer Hyundai, the following specialities apply:
- Only the so-called token for the vehicle is stored
- User data from the vehicle is only required once for generating the token
- No user data (user name, password) from the vehicle is stored at TRONITY
- Unfortunately, only the starting point and end point can be recorded for trips (limitation by manufacturer)
Remark on data quality: It may happen that TRONITY does not receive current data (anymore). If this is the case, then a manual update can be performed via the Hyundai App.
An example: Trips can show a consumption of 0 kWh despite significant duration and distance. Then the update of the SoC was not possible for TRONITY. In such cases, it is recommended to trigger an update in the Hyundai App before and after the trip.
