Question
What special considerations are there for integrating Ford vehicles?
Answer
To integrate a Ford into TRONITY, you now need to register at the Ford Pro Fleet Marketplace (https://fleetaccount.ford.com/third-party-signup).
- First, select your preferred language. Then, enter your first and last name or your company name in the Company Name field. Next, enter your address in Address Line 1 and provide the city, postal code, and country.

Important: In the dropdown menu, please select Service Provider and click "TRONITY GMBH".
If Tronity is not displayed, Ford is not supported in your country. - Finally, enter your contact information and click Register. Ford will then send you an email. Please follow the steps provided there.
- Check in FordPro that Tronity is listed under the consent status. If you only have the option to subscribe to a product, please contact Ford support.
- Once your car is listed in FordPro, please add it as an offline vehicle with the correct VIN in Tronity and send an email to support@tronity.io
