Question
What special considerations should be taken into account when integrating Stellantis vehicles?
Answer
To successfully activate the data connection with TRONITY, the vehicle should complete at least two trips of about 30 minutes each under good cellular network coverage.
In some cases, activation can take up to 2–3 days, especially after reactivating a previously archived vehicle.
Please ensure that the Privacy Mode in the vehicle is turned off, as no data can be transmitted to TRONITY otherwise.
