You can create as many users as needed.
Security Requirements:
- The email address must belong to the company domain.
- Strong Recommendation: Each user should enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Roles and Permissions
For optimal and secure use of TRONITY Fleet—especially for targeted restriction of permissions and role-based assignment of functions and data access—the following roles are available:
- Admin
- Full access: Can view, edit, add, assign, accept, delete/archive, and export all data.
- Manager
- Can assign drivers to vehicles.
- Can individually accept or reject charging processes relevant for home charging reimbursement.
- Can communicate with drivers about this.
- Accounting
- Can view and download TRONITY invoices.
- Can view and download exports from billing reports in the home charging reimbursement area (Work Center "Home Charges").
- No access to driver, vehicle, task, or document management.
Optional Notification Features
Regardless of the role, any user can be marked as a contact person for specific topics. The system will then automatically inform them about relevant events:
- System Status
- Disruptions or temporary outages in:
- TRONITY (API & WebApp)
- TRONITY Fleet (API & WebApp)
- Vehicle Integrations (from Audi to Volkswagen)
- Disruptions or temporary outages in:
- Accounting
- New TRONITY invoices available.
- New export available in a billing report in the home charging reimbursement area.
- Legal
- New terms and conditions or privacy policy available.
Outlook
It will soon be possible to restrict roles to subsidiaries and/or cost centers.
