Before many of you head off for the summer holidays, we’re excited to share a valuable new feature to simplify the reimbursement process for home charging of company cars.
(Optional) Employee Confirmation of Home Charging Sessions
To make home charging reimbursements as seamless and reliable as possible, we’ve introduced a new optional feature within the TRONITY Fleet Work Center "Home Charging": When creating a billing report, you can now request confirmation of the listed charging sessions directly from the respective employee.
How it works:
- Employees receive an automatic notification via email, as well as a prompt in the TRONITY Driver App, once their confirmation is requested.
- In the App, drivers can review whether all charging sessions have been fully and correctly recorded.
- Once the employee has confirmed, this status is reflected in the billing report.
While this feature is optional, it can be especially helpful for larger fleets to ensure that all home charging data has been reviewed and correctly captured by employees before reimbursement.
