Following last week’s update on the TRONITY Driver App and its new features for reimbursing home charging costs for company cars, we're excited to share additional improvements – this time focused on the TRONITY Fleet Dashboard.
TRONITY Fleet | Reimbursement for Home Charging of Company Cars
Approval of Individual Charging Sessions
Within the “Home Charging” section of the TRONITY Fleet Work Center, fleet managers can create reimbursement reports and review employee charging sessions. Until now, approvals were only possible per employee. With the latest update, individual charging sessions can now be accepted or rejected separately within the selected reporting period.
Customizable Charging Lists
The list of charging sessions within a reimbursement report can now be customized. Each user can tailor the view to make visual checks as simple and efficient as possible.
Two-Way Comment Functionality
Drivers can already add comments to charging sessions via the TRONITY Driver App. These are now visible to fleet managers during the approval process and help streamline communication. Additionally, when a session is rejected, fleet managers can also leave comments – making it easy to address open questions before final approval.
Additional Improvements
Beyond the above features, we’ve introduced several smaller refinements, including:
- Visualization of potential unplanned data sync issues with car manufacturers
- Various UI enhancements across the Fleet Dashboard
