Why is the payout currently taking longer?
The payout generally occurs only after:
Your application has been reviewed and certified by the Federal Environment Agency (UBA).
The quota has subsequently been successfully marketed to our direct buyer.
We only pay out after successful certification and marketing to avoid any financial risk.
Status check with the Federal Environment Agency
Your application must first be reviewed and certified by the Federal Environment Agency. Only then can we start the marketing process.

Update March 6, 2025: The Federal Environment Agency is currently processing applications received from November 7, 2024.
Update March 18, 2025: On Wednesday, March 19, all applications reported by us will be processed by the Federal Environment Agency.
Status of marketing and payout at TRONITY
After successful certification by the UBA, marketing is carried out through our direct buyer. This process is secure but also requires time, as the buyer first rechecks the certificates. The payout process then begins, but it is conducted only in batches, as individual transfers are not possible due to the high number of applications. Once we receive a batch payout, we create the corresponding credits and initiate the payout to our customers in the next step.
Update March 6, 2025: We are currently preparing the payout for applications submitted in June, July, and August 2024. Later applications are still in the marketing and processing stages.

TRONITY has been successfully processing THG quotas for over 3 years. Thanks to direct collaboration with our buyers, your payout is secured. However, we ask for your understanding that the entire process can currently take up to 9 months, and we have limited influence over this duration.
