The data release has to be accepted in the vehicle. There is no corresponding setting option in the manufacturer's mobile app.
Please follow the following steps in your VW when adding the user:

Data transfer between the vehicle and TRONITY is only possible if the main user is logged in. No data transfer takes place for all other users. The corresponding user must be selected for each journey.
If the vehicle is used in a pool, the main user should be displayed as a pool “Pool vehicle company ***”.

To set a main user, please go to the Users section via the VW ID menu.

If a main user already exists, you can also see when the last synchronization took place.

If there is no main user yet, you can create one in the menu.
Important: Only the main user transfers data to TRONITY!

If the vehicle is to be used in the pool, the S-PIN can be deactivated here. This means that no entry is necessary when logging in.

GPS location:
Please install/add the “We Connect Plus App” in the vehicle via the store.
Odometer reading:
In the vehicle, please install/add the “We Connect App” via the store, navigate to “Online Services” and activate the “Automatic appointment request” there.
Troubleshooting
It is possible that no driver has yet been created and/or has not yet been linked to the VW ID.
Settings made in the vehicle or in the “We Connect App” or on the “We Connect Website” could alternately lead to a reset. Therefore, please check all sources.
Settings made in the vehicle or in the “We Connect App” or on the “We Connect Website” could lead to a reset after a workshop appointment or software update. Therefore, please check all sources.
If settings can no longer be changed, i.e. become inactive, please check the relevant settings in the “We Connect app” or on the “We Connect website” and add them.
