It can happen that the TRONITY app does not start properly and instead gets stuck with the message “creating storage...”. This error may occur due to the iOS 15 version.
To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
- Uninstall the TRONITY app from your device.
- Visit the App Store and download the latest version of the TRONITY app again.
