Charging price based on Nordpool rates

I would like you to integrate with nordpoolgroup and their prices.
For us that have hourly based prices this would be much appreciated.
today you can enter a template based pricing but this differs to much towards the real prices.
and it would be nice if you can add the taxes to the kWh aswell.

Getting this feature would be an absolute gamechanger for all users of the Tronity app across supported countries who purchase electricity at an hourly rate called spot-price - see list below.
As this is an API based data-pull it would be a relative simple one-time setup for all users, or potentially a 3rd party service-app in Tronity

Yeah, I also use Nordpool data, and pay by the hour. This would be a great addition.

Connect Tronity with Gridio to get the price data automatically for the charging hours.

@marcko, Gridio is a great app, I also use their Smart Charging feature for charging at the lowest price. They are also using Nordpool data integration for this I’m assuming.
Unfortunately they also don’t store your charging history and prices, which would resolve this feature request.0 -

I don't know the details of Nordpool pricing, but I would also like to see an integration of Tibber variable prices to get correct charging costs on my homecharger which runs on Tibber flexible prices. I guess this is something pretty similar to what is requested here?!

Yes, you are correct, if we go via notdpool, it will be the same as Tibber , Greenely etc.

An advanced mode with the possibility to add the power grid fee would be nice. Our fee varies with the time of day; cheap at night.

This would also be useful for the Octopus Agile tariff in the UK which works on 30 min day ahead prices

Got many such questions lately on various social media channels.
It seems dynamic power tariffs (like Tibber and Awattar) become more and more popular. Thus it would be really helpful to have Tronity calculate charging session total prices based on their dynamic rates.I do also now have my Wallbox powered by Tibber.

The challenge could be, that you need to take into consideration the individual additional charges per kWh which differ depending on the local network operator.Nils Machner
